Welcome!
My name is Dr. Cammie Connor, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Missouri with over 15 years of experience. You just made an important step in the change process and on your way to transitioning to a more achieving life. My experience includes working with individuals in residential, private practice and university setting. I would describe my approach to counseling as eclectic. Drawing on many therapeutic modalities to best serve a client’s needs and goals to treatment.
A woman of purpose, I help Individuals put their life back together one piece at a time. This is an essential ingredient in healing and personal growth. I work collaboratively with you to better understand your lived experience and to eliminate relationship challenges, life stressors, anxiety, depression, PTSD and any barrier that gets in the way of living a fulfilled life.
An expert in trauma, whatever the root of the chains are holding you back, we will work to identify them, pull the pieces apart and empower and strengthen you to heal and become whole again.
Finally, I will empower you to experience transformation and changed attitudes through counseling services, transformational movement coaching, spiritual well-being and trauma informed care, so you can build a life that is meaningful and true to who you are.
