About me
"If you're looking for endless validation and years in therapy, I'm probably not the right therapist for you. If, however, you're willing to work as hard as I am to create your ideal life; if you're up for a huge challenge and want to cover enormous ground, we're likely a good fit"
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Los Angeles, CA. I received my Master's degree in Clinical Social work from Fordham University in New York City in 2015.
I provide individual and group counseling to individuals and family members over issues of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and related psychological difficulties, family issues, substance abuse, employment, military sexual trauma, grief, and other issues impacting upon a person's ability to re-enter civilian society successfully.
As a Marine and Combat Veteran, I am committed to serving Veterans. I am passionate and believe in the power of psychotherapy as a pill to heal the soul and bring to light cognitive distortions to achieve a higher level of functioning.
I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & anger management. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I provide evidence-based treatment such as cognitive processing therapy, prolonged exposure, reconsolidation of traumatic memories therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.
If you think we are a good fit I look forward to collaboratively navigating this road together.
