About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina with over 20 years of experience in the Mental Health field.
I received my Masters of Arts Degree from Webster University in 2004.
I have worked with teens and their families; teenagers involved in the juvenile justice system; adults with substance abuse issues; facilitated group therapy; and also worked with adults with childhood trauma. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
My passion is currently with the journey our higher power has us on and what that looks like for you. My faith has kept me solid and grounded.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
