I love Carmen! She’s very relatable, transparent, and empathetic. She remembers little details about prior sessions and follows up each time. I don’t have to remind her or answer the same questions each session like with previous therapists. I feel heard and seen!

Very compassionate, understanding and corporates with many conflicts and very reassuring about being able to get better. She also makes sure I am comfortable in the efforts of different exercises to practice, if it is something that I could do daily. I appreciate her professionalism.
