Carol-Ann is a fantastic therapist that helped me identify where the issues in my day-to-day life were stemming from and provided guidance and support to manage and overcome those things. She not only can be easy to speak with, but is also understanding, encouraging, and a delightful person. Thank you!

Carol-Ann is a wonderful listener and does a tremendous job of making me feel like I am the only thing on her mind during our sessions. She also provides effective "homework" to help me stay in practice during the week between our sessions. Highly recommend!
