Its only been 2 sessions but she is a really good listener and is definitely trying very hard to work out what's going on with me and dedicated to helping me. I have faith in her skills and her as a person. I am looking forward to continuing the practice to see what happens in the future!

Since meeting Carol my life has changed significantly, I have left a job that was leaving me miserable and angry and found one I absolutely love. I also left a relationship I wasn’t happy in and have now found one I am! Carol really helped me recognise my feelings about these things that weren’t making me happy and encouraged me to pursue hobbies that I love, through this I gained the confidence to make the decisions that have changed my life. She also really helped me process a huge loss in my life and learn to live with grief, through this my relations to my family are much happier too. She’s also very warm, friendly and intelligent! She gives helpful practical advice and is very encouraging! I am much better off for meeting her!
