Carol has been absolutely wonderful in our three sessions so far and beyond. We began when I felt I was at rock bottom, and I look forward to her input and perspective on things now. I feel like I can talk to her about all of the different aspects of my life openly and she’s also incredibly good at picking up little reasons or triggers that I might not have even considered. I find it really easy with her to talk through my mind, when it so often feels jumbled and disorderly. I feel validated and confident in our space. She always responds to anything I have to say, even outside of our sessions, however chaotic I am. There’s never any judgment or criticism, just openness and she’s helped me evaluate my own thoughts. I’m currently working with her to be able to control my emotions in a healthier way and if it wasn’t for Carol I wouldn’t be able to do that. I think I said in our last session “can I just talk to you forever”. Highly recommend her she is an angel.

Carol helped me quit drugs and vaping and has been a huge support in managing my anxiety. I used to feel completely powerless over my bad habits and would spiral in and out of anxiety. Now, I feel much more in control and am much happier. I'm very grateful for her help.
