Carol has been an integral part of my allowing myself to recognize my feelings are not out of line with my experiences. I've been better able to deal with my grief, anger and self esteem since having her as my counselor.

Carol came to be my therapist after my prior beloved practitioner retired. I was looking for someone who was more mature than me, yet understands the specific pressures I have in my life as a mom and ACOA. She has been exceedingly helpful. Her calm and reassuring presence in my life is a wonderful blessing. I am making headway on things I thought would never change! Thanks Carol!
