Thanks for the support over adjusting to my life changes and transitions. While some of these changes are slow, I am able to have consistency week to week with my BetterHelp therapist Carolina. The therapist is always attentive and communicative, suggesting relevant follow ups but not too much to overwhelm me in the process.
