Words can’t describe how beneficial this has been! Definitely having to work through some horrible things, but at least I feel strongly supported and heard

Carrie is kind and listens so intently through our sessions, most which I end up dominating. When she speaks, it is often a very insightful comment or question she has to share. I’ve learned that these often become nuggets to mull over. Would highly recommend her! I’ve never felt judged in her presence, no matter how much I felt I should be. Good luck in your search for a therapist, dear soul! You may not need it with Carrie.
