About me

I believe that we all go through things in life. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples who are going through divorce, death/loss, financial issues, relationship issues, traumatic events, abuse, or deployment/transitional issues. As a former military spouse, I also have experience with military life and the demands of the military lifestyle on individuals and their families. As a counselor with 10 years of experience, I have worked with clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, work related issues, relationship issues, and various life changing issues. Sometimes we just need some support during our difficult times to help us cope and find the silver lining. I enjoy supporting clients during their stressful events in life to help them find Hope, Healing, Empowerment, and Enrichment.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Carrie Ryberg. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Carrie helped me to understand my daughter's way of interacting with others and helped me to be less bothered by it . Largely it was helpful to be able to get the thoughts running around in my head out into the world to someone that was willing to listen to them.

The last few years have brought a lot of stress and change for me and I’m not sure I could’ve navigated it without Carrie. With her help, I’ve slowly made my way out of a constant fight or flight state and into a more relaxed, enjoyable state where I can get things done without anxiety being my driving force all the time. I feel really lucky to have found her.
