Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Cassandra Barnes. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

From day one, Cassandra has been respectful, sincere, supportive and reassuring. I respect her honesty and taking time to make sure that I understand things we are going to work on and her clarity in what she’s saying. Cassandra will sometimes let me in to her personal life and give examples and show that she, too, is human! She is funny too which is a huge plus because most sessions are not necessarily pleasant topics. What I really appreciate is that Cassandra makes you see things from different perspectives. She is an outstanding person, professional and I absolutely admire her.

Cassandra, has been amazing. Focusing on reaching my goals and doing actual talk and solutions not just allowing me to ramble on and on, and maintaining me on victim mode as has been my experience with other counselors and therapists in the past. I truly appreciated that.
