Through life I've been skeptical of therapy, have had rough experiences with therapy. Doing therapy with Cassandra has been eye opening to see that therapy doesn't always have to be a bad thing. She listens to my emotions and shows a genuine interest in them. I'm honestly really glad that I decided to take this step.
