Catherine has literally and figuratively saved my life. She has listened to me and given me the validation that I have been looking for for years. No one has ever made me feel as heard as Catherine. She has real skill and real knowledge that can genuinely help someone with mental illness. I’m now healing from trauma that I never even realized I had. I have hope for the future. Thank you Catherine!

Catherine has been a tremendous help so far! I've only had a couple sessions, but I'm already gaining a lot of insight into my struggles and how to move forward. She has also taught me some great coping strategies to help manage anxiety in my daily life. I would definitely recommend her for therapy.
