I feel very fortunate to have worked with Ceri. She has provided me with invaluable support by listening deeply and helping me to get to know myself and my thoughts better. She has helped me reach important insights and has provided me with practical tips as well as with more detailed information about different concepts and techniques through the worksheets. The sessions have been transformative and I would really recommend working with Ceri.

Ceri is very reliable and a good listener. She does not tell you what to do or offer her own opinions. Instead she reflects back what you say about yourself. It's like having a mirror help up to your psyche.

Ceri is very professional and I feel much better after each session with her. She suggested me several techniques to gain clarity on my goals and reduce anxiety - and it works. Highly recommend her if you struggle with stress or anxiety related to your career or your future in general ❤️ I will continue working with Ceri in the future.

From the first moment I met Ceri I felt very at ease and could tell she was someone I could trust which was important to me as I haven't always had good experiences with counsellors in the past. She's very insightful and has helped me a lot in just the three sessions I've had.
