I've been to a handful of therapists over the last few years, and Chad is the first therapist to make me feel fully understood and safe to share my struggles with. I appreciate his support and positivity as well as his helpful advice.

Chad has been a fantastic therapist and has helped me through much in these past few months. He has listened to me and offered advice and information to balance out my perspective, so that my experiences are no longer within the echo chamber of my mind but are rather placed within a context. He has given me multiple worksheets to help me on my journey - whether that's with assertive communication, relationship troubles, or unhelpful thoughts. It was especially helpful to have his support at the beginning of my therapy journey. I went from being extremely shy and perpetually anxious to having more self-confidence and am now able to assert myself and express myself more authentically. It was after I started having therapy with Chad that I began to form more connections with those around me and this has enriched my life immensely. Chad has been very flexible in his approach with me - which is what I needed. He was able to discuss a huge variety of different topics with me, which allowed me to get the help I needed in many different areas.

Chad made a serious difference in my journey to better myself. The tools he helped me build to control my anxiety were very valuable, but the sincerity and kindness he showed impacted me even more so. He helped me become receptive to the idea of getting help, which is invaluable.
