I love working with Chad. He has helped me learn a lot about myself and grow a lot. I look forward to our weekly sessions

I've only met with Chad Walters once at the time of this review. I shared with Chad that I've had bad experiences with therapy in the past, and he guided me through one of the least arduous and most productive sessions I've ever had. Chad's open approach coupled with great active listening skills has already led to me implementing different strategies to better my life experience. I look forward to seeing how our professional relationship grows over time.

Since being on better help I've been informing friends around at how accurate the app fits the therapist to the patients needs. I can say that since getting on Betterhelp and being placed with Chad, it pretty much feels like I've had one of those moments in life where he's said some things that have clicked so internally that my depression does not have control over my brain anymore.
