With 10 years of experience working with children, families, adolescents, and adults in diverse treatment settings—including school-based, community, PHP, IOP, and virtual—I have been privileged to help my clients navigate stress, anxiety, family conflicts, trauma, and abuse while fostering self-esteem, confidence, and motivation.
