Chanda has been so helpful assisting me in making positive changes to my life. I've only had one session with Chandra. During that session she genuinely listened and cared about what I had to say. Showed empathy and understanding to the struggles I'm experiencing and trying to work through. And was honest, and firm about the things that I was doing wrong in trying to work through it. Again it was our first meeting but she had already provided insight and tools to help me through the tough moments and instructed me to contact her daily with updates and also daily things I could do to healthfully improve my struggles. Without mincing words or handling me with kid gloves. For the first time in a long time I feel hopeful for the future and there might be a way to get through it. I look forward to our next session.

Ive been to therapy before but never more then a session or two. They've always felt not genuine, not focused on me and my needs, ans dissmissive. They made me feel like i was either over reacting and/or that i shouldnt feel the way i do. Im on my fourth session with Ms. Kelly. She pays attention and listens to me. She asks questions about what im talking about and trys to give me insight on why i may feel a certain way because of other things ive said, and how i could possibly feel different if i looked at it in another way. She thinks about ideas in between our sessions and asks me about them when we finally speak. Overall she makes me feel like she actually cares about me andthe outcome of all this. I really appreciate her genuine attitude towards me and my feelings. Right now she's light in the darkness of life that I'm living. Thank you Ms. Kelly.
