Charissa is the absolute best! I have been in therapy for only about 2 months and the progress is unbelievable. She is so knowledgeable and has an incredible ability to get you to look at life from a different perspective without making you feel invalidated. BetterHelp knew what they were doing when they matched me with her. I can’t imagine having anyone else as my therapist.
