I highly recommend Charity. She has been by my side as I uncover many uncomfortable truths and process trauma. She responds quickly and always seems to understand me and know what to say. I’m grateful for her!

I have had mental health issues for decades, and had to switch therapists many times do to moves. So I can say from experience Charity is one of the best in the profession. Kind, empathetic, intelligent, helps you uncovers truths by asking the right questions, and helps come up with solutions to problems that seem unsolvable. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than I do her.

She has been with me through a string of toxic job environments. If it weren't for her guidance, I would have been stuck in jobs that didn't make me happy.

I am incredibly grateful for Charity's support as my therapist. She is an incredibly great listener, but more so, she is very understanding, empathetic and, most importantly, solution-oriented (using worksheets, journaling, specific coping techniques, etc.). She has been a pillar in a very turbulent time in my life and really goes out of her way to be available and responsive at all times. I can definitely whole-heartedly recommend Charity to others seeking an empathetic, structured, reliable and professional therapist.
