Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Charity Lamerson. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Therapist, Charity, provided minimal support. She did not reply to messages I sent to her over a 10 day period. I contacted Better Help's customer service to find out why she was not responding - was this lack of response due to be (user/client error using the site) or was Charity taking unplanned time off? The email response from Better Help was I would receive a response in one business day. The response they sent was "this matter is being checked in to" and an offer for two more weeks of free therapy. My experience with this therapist and with Better Help is that this company has better things to do than assist me during a time when I am reaching out for help. Fortunately I have a safety net of friends, family and faith that I will now turn to for support.
