I have only been meeting with Charity Sophus for a few weeks and I have already began to see improvements. She patiently allows me to ramble and never talks over me. She is truly a treasure to talk to.

I love working with Charity Sophus! Mrs. Sophus is diverse in her practice and responds to my many needs in therapy. She has found ways to address many of the things I want to work on and I feel that she would do everything she can to help me. Mrs. Sophus meets me wherever I am in my week and sends me materials that help me stay on track. I greatly appreciate what consistent communication and counseling have done for me and would definitely recommend Mrs. Charity Sophus!
