Vulnerability hasn’t been too much of an issue in my life but Charlaine has a unique way to use our sessions as productive vulnerability. She has a great ability to get to the root of things while reminding me that the work of healing doesn’t stop when you simply notice it. She’s great at what she does.

Charlaine really does take time to not only listen but to understand and sympathize my trauma. She helped me heal in ways I never knew that I could. There’s a life after trauma and she helped me recognize that. I don’t know where I would be without her. Everyone needs a therapist like her.

I enjoy my therapy sessions. I was nervous at first, but my therapist made me feel comfortable and she gives me work to do so I can reflect what I need to work on. Thank you
