Charlar was great it was only my first session but she listened to everything and commented on things when she needed to. I am looking forward to breaking down everything and working on things with her.

I have been to therapy before and have dealt with multiple therapist and though they did help me; Charlar has been the absolute best therapist I’ve had. She listens, is respectful, adapts to the style of therapy that best suites me and most importantly always tells me the truth. She gives very solid advice and genuinely wants to see the best from you.

It's still early into the therapy but I'm digging it

Straight talk. No chaser. I'm able to just flow, be open, and simply just be me with her. I strongly recommend her for therapy.

Charlar is a fantastic listener and gives great advice and guidance to help me with the concerns I have. She gives me workbooks to help me pin down my emotions and work through troubleshooting my current issues as well as book recommendations so i can find even more ways to train my brain when im not in a counseling session. She is helping me build my confidence and helping me care for myself and love myself
