About me

Often, we feel stuck in our current circumstances; that is, we are so accustomed to the "usual" way of living our lives that change seems impossible. My specialty is helping you identify what is problematic in your life, explore the feelings about it, and then devise a suitable action plan that addresses the problem and moves you beyond it. The problem is no longer insurmountable, and together we find an acceptable way to ease your mind. We also develop your coping skills, so you are more prepared to recognize additional challenges as they arise.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, Michigan license) and Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) with 20+ years in organizations working to identify performance problems among the workers, work, or workplace. My experience includes a private practice, work within employee assistance programs, and spiritual direction.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Charlotte Chase. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Dr. Chase is the best therapist I have ever had. And I have had a few throughout my life. She is a skilled listener and asks relevant questions that uncover and bring to light truths about myself that can be hard for me to face. She’s very sensitive. And helpful with suggestions that are solid - and they work - it’s up to me to improve my life but she is sure helping me to think my “stuff” through in a clearer way than I have been able to do by myself.. I am thankful to have been “matched” with her through the BetterHelp app . I can’t say enough positive things about their platform. BetterHelp has truly been a godsend for me!
