I feel so grateful to have found Charlotte. I feel so seen, heard, and supported during a very challenging time. She helps to remind me that I am not crazy or alone.

I find Charlotte to be extremely empathetic and insightful. I feel like she really hears me and responds thoughtfully. I enjoy our sessions and find her professional but also very warm and kind. I would definitely recommend her as a therapist.

Only had a couple of sessions so far but she is very considerate and listens to everything you are saying, you lead the conversation while her input is there but not overpowering

Charlotte is exceptionally professional, her communication definitely shows experience and expertise, she also is a good listener who gets the key words that lead to the psychology behind the behaviors. I’ve made big improvements since I been with her and would definitely recommend!
