About me
Welcome! I am so happy you are reaching out for help. My true passion in life is helping others navigate their own. Life gets difficult and we all need someone to support us; therapy is a fantastic way to allow us to learn how to better support ourselves.
I have had 11 years of experience in the mental health field; with clients in the age range of 7-80 years old. I graduated from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in 2016 with my Masters in Social Work. From that point, I worked at the Center for Eating Disorders until 2018, where I provided family, individual and group therapy to both adolescents and adults. During the COVID19 Pandemic I worked an inpatient psychiatry unit providing a variety of social work services to adults struggling with chronic mental illness and/or addictions. Now, I’ve joined the outpatient world to better serve all of us together.
But that’s enough of my journey. Now, it’s time to start your own. I look forward to working together in helping you work through the issues that you have sought help for.
Namaste,
Chelsea

I have had 6 different counselors in my lifetime, and not one of them felt quite right. Then I met Chelsea. She is incredibly validating without letting me slip into the trap of delusional thinking. She offers wonderful insights and outside tools to help me learn and grow into the person I want to be. She really listens and hears what I say and addresses my concerns. She is everything I have been looking for and more.

Chelsea was a great counselor for me. She helped me process lots of different things dealing with my issues with depression and anxiety. She is a very peaceful presence and I appreciated the cooldown breathing exercises at the end of each session.

Ms. Luebbert has been nothing less than professional, caring, and understanding with our time together. I appreciate how timely she is and how well she handles our conversations. Although I haven't worked with her for very long I wouldn't trade her for anyone else.

Chelsea has been wonderful to work with. She helped me to process a very difficult and traumatic experience, and did so in a compassionate and nonjudgmental way. It is obvious that Chelsea really cares, and wants to help. Thanks Chelsea!
