She’s a great listener and takes the time to be relatable instead of looking at me like in a super professional sense. I appreciate that and I love the transparency.

I have been working with Chelsea for a few months since the death of my boys’ dad. She is helping me to work through my grief and reassuring me every step of the way that my feelings are completely normal. She is really good about checking in with me often to see how things are going. She is helping me deal with things so that when I am with my family and friends, I don’t feel the need to share with them how I am doing. I am just keeping it between my therapist and me. I think it makes me a more calm person to be around.

Chelsea has been an incredible source of advice - listening and understanding my feelings and helping me come to understand them as well. She has never pushed when I was hesitant to talk about something. She is happy to text back, when I have trouble discussing things on video chat. She often responds quicker than I would ever expect and outside of normal business times. Chelsea has been one of the greatest reasons that I have been able to grow and understand myself. I would absolutely recommend her, and have often recommended BetterHelp in general.

Chelsea has done amazing things for me. She has met me where I am at. Walked me through things I didn’t know where bothering me. Helping me with things that I thought would be with me for life. She also listens and really hears what you are saying. She pushes when appropriate and will take a step back when you need to. I have gone through a lot of counselors but Chelsea is the best by far. Thank you for all the help that you have done and will do in the future.

Thus far, Chelsea has been prompt and supportive in helping me find new ways to think about my daily grind. I appreciate the time we can talk about some of the issues I’m dealing with and her feedback has been mostly helpful. We have yet to speak over the phone or through FaceTime, not that i have asked to or anything, so I can’t speak for how we get along, but I do enjoy knowing that she cares enough to send me a message every few days and see how I’m doing. It Is genuinely a positive in my week.
