As a first timer in therapy Chelsea has made this process much easier than I could have imagined. I was anxious the first two weeks but now I really look forward to our calls!

It took me time with a different therapist before I was matched with Chelsea. And this is what I thought therapy would be. Chelsea listened to my concerns, asked me questions, and validated what I was feeling and helped me work through it. When I need therapy again, I want it to be with Chelsea Ostop

Chelsea has been a perfect therapist since I have started. She’s very welcoming and talking to her is like talking to a best friend you have known your whole life

Chelsea Ostop is always professional in her sessions and she demonstrates knowledge and expertise in helping me overcome my obstacles. She is also caring and empathetic in response to my issues and works with me in helping me to overcome them. I appreciate her help and guidance and am able to see a difference in myself as a direct result from the help she has given me. I would recommend her to anyone new to therapy or those restarting. Let Chelsea help you become the best version of yourself just as she has helped me!

Chelsea has been a great help to my mental help during these stressful few years. She is patient, kind and has a calming personality which makes it easy to open up to her. The guidance she has provided has helped me to define clearer boundaries and set goals. Over the past year I've been able to climb out of my hermit hole and start enjoying the little things again. Can't thank her enough :)
