About me

I have been working as a therapist for over twenty years. It is my passion to support you on your path to wellbeing. My holistic approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, cognitive processing therapy, and exposure therapy. I can quickly help you get to what lies beneath the surface.
