Cherisse has been great - listens very well and knows the right time to interject with some very well-placed theory/knowledge/expertise. She is friendly, brings lightness, and makes you feel at ease. She has been responsive to my journal entries, and responds with thought-provoking questions

Cherisse has been amazing. I came to therapy not really 100% sure exactly what I needed or wanted and Cherisse has been so understanding and patient helping me through what is quite an emotional and difficult time in my life.

Cherisse has been a very supportive therapist through a deeply challenging part of my life. She has helped frame and address particularly difficult issues in a way that has helped me feel more confident in my life. We have always had a fairly fluid manner of conversation and I have always felt listened too and that I had very adequate space to speak as well as to realize and express my (sometimes buried) feelings.

Charisse has been very supportive and offered many different sources of additional support. She’s a good listener and validates my feelings in a way that I, a man, don’t often get from anyone in my life.

Cherisse Amusa is wonderful, she listens to every problem and truely tries to understand my worries, I have always wanted someone to listen to me and she is that person, she sends me homework related to my worries and this has helped me extremely over the past 3 weeks, I have seen changes in me that I have struggled to change myself in 7 years, thank you for listening to me and allowing me to be patient with myself
