She was very helpful in helping me achieve my goals in ways that catered to me. I was surprised how the exercises helped me work through my issues. I am thankful for our time spent working together!

Cheryl Crosley-Culberson is the best therapist I have ever had! After making very little to no progress with my previous two therapists, it was a huge relief to finally find Cheryl on BetterHelp. She listens to what I have to say, is kind and compassionate, and always finds logical solutions to help me work through my problems. She is the one person in my life who not only listens to what I have to say, but also actually gives me good, helpful advice. While working with her, my mental health has improved immensely and I am doing better than ever! I highly recommend Cheryl to anyone looking for a therapist because she is a great listener, logical, compassionate, and doesn't judge.
