She is a new therapist to me. I told her about my anxiety from leaving the one I had for 13 years and she quickly put me at ease. She is quick to respond to my messages and works with me with my schedule. She has given me techniques i can use even at work. She understands what i say and mean and is not agraid to ask me questions.
