Cheryl saved my 2023. I started weekly sessions with her 6 months ago and she has helped me manage everything life has been throwing at me. She actively listens to me, challenges me when I need it, and shows me support through encouraging words and suggestions. I am always comfortable talking with her -- even just sitting in silence when I just need to think about what we've said. Being matched with her was a blessing.
