I am licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over 13 years of clinical experience and have worked in community mental health for over 20 years. I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
