Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Cheryl Morgan-Veck. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I honestly don’t think I can fully capture how much Cheryl has transformed my life, but I’ll give it a try. When I first began seeing her, I was overwhelmed by workplace anxiety, self-doubt, and a sense of being trapped in my own introverted shell. I lacked confidence, struggled with expressing myself, and felt like I was constantly just trying to survive, especially in my professional life.

From the very first session, Cheryl made me feel at ease. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where I could truly open up about my fears and challenges. What sets Cheryl apart is her deep empathy and the way she listens—not just to my words, but to the emotions and experiences behind them. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about me as a person, not just as a client.

One of the most significant changes she’s helped me make is building my confidence. Cheryl was patient and gentle in pointing out the negative self-talk and limiting beliefs I’d developed over the years. She helped me see that I had the power to change those patterns. Through her guidance, I’ve learned practical tools to shift my mindset, and I now feel more equipped to handle anxiety when it arises.

But Cheryl’s impact goes beyond just techniques and tools. She truly sees me for who I am and encourages me to embrace my strengths. One of the most memorable things she’s said to me is that I have a “very nice smile,” and that I should use it more. It may sound simple, but it was such a meaningful moment for me. Cheryl helped me understand that my smile isn’t just a physical expression—it’s a reflection of my inner confidence and warmth, something I’ve learned to embrace more each day.

The changes I’ve experienced have been nothing short of profound. I’m no longer the person who avoids interactions at work or feels paralyzed by anxiety. I’m more confident in meetings, more willing to speak up, and I’ve started to shed the introverted tendencies that once held me back. I still have moments of self-doubt, but I now know how to manage them in a healthier way. Cheryl’s support has given me the courage to step into my own power, both in my career and in my personal life.

I truly believe Cheryl is doing an incredible job, helping people like me reclaim their confidence and learn to thrive. She’s not just a therapist—she’s a guide, a mentor, and someone who deeply believes in her clients’ potential. I feel so lucky to have found her, and I have no doubt that she will continue to help others improve their lives in the same meaningful way.

Cheryl, thank you for everything you’ve done for me. Your guidance, care, and belief in me have been life-changing, and I will always be grateful. To anyone considering therapy, especially for workplace anxiety or building self-confidence, I wholeheartedly recommend Cheryl. She is truly exceptional, and I know she has the power to help you transform your life too.

I cannot recommend Dr Cheryl Morgan-Veck highly enough. From the very first session, she created a safe and welcoming environment that made it easy to open up and explore my thoughts and emotions. She possesses a rare combination of deep empathy, insightful guidance, and professional expertise, making every session not only productive but also empowering.

What sets her apart is her ability to truly listen without judgment and ask questions that gently challenge your perspective, encouraging growth and self-awareness. Her approach is always tailored to my needs, whether I needed practical tools for managing stress or deeper discussions to understand the roots of my feelings.

One thing I deeply appreciate is how she balances professionalism with genuine warmth. She has a way of making you feel seen, heard, and understood, which is incredibly comforting during tough times. Over time, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my mental health, decision-making, and ability to navigate life’s challenges—all thanks to her guidance.

Cheryl is great! She has a very calming presence and gives me the space to think through my own thoughts without interjecting, yet her questions are so helpful as I move through things. I feel supported and heard and normally leave my sessions when the ability to reflect on what I've discussed. I look forward to every session because I leave them feeling better than I did before. I highly recommend!
