As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

I have found Cheryl to be extremely knowledgeable and filled with good suggestions for me to try. I was comfortable with her right away and knew she had my best interest in mind. I was not sure how online therapy was going to work, but it’s even better than I thought! I love the fact I can be in the comfort of my own home, in my pajamas lol, and be able to have sessions! It’s made life less hectic for sure! What I like most about Cheryl is her ability to listen and offer insights to me I often overlook. You can tell she is highly skilled at therapy! I would highly recommend Cheryl!
