About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Connecticut. I received my BSW from NYU and my MSW from Columbia University in Manhattan. I have worked with clients of all ages with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, ADHD, behavioral issues, and eating disorders. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse whom started to exhibit PTSD symptoms.

I am very warm and approachable. I want everyone who I work with to feel at ease speaking with me. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I do not believe in shaming anyones beliefs nor labeling anyone. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing counseling. I will of course tailor the treatment plan continuously as you evolve in order to meet your specific needs.

I look forward to working with you! It takes courage to seek help and direction in life. I will wholeheartedly work with you in order to achieve your goals.

Chloe was my therapist for six months. I was going through a difficult time in my life after a breakup. It was impacting my mental and physical health and I struggled with daily activities. Meeting with Chloe felt like a safe place to explore my emotional pain. She was understanding, supportive and a empathetic person who made me feel that I could talk about anything. Chloe also helped me to put my worries into perspective. The advise and techniques she suggested helped me to work through my problems. She really helped me see things as they actually are, and not as I thought they were. Chloe really helped me out and is a great therapist!!
