Hello, my name is Chloe and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My purpose is to help you identify and work towards the goals and expectations that you have for your life. This looks different for every person, whether that be developing/strengthening coping skills, exploring emotions, reframing thoughts or developing actionable steps towards your goals – we can figure it out. I believe that each client is the expert in their care, I am here to guide you and provide support. My approach is cognitive behavioral, humanistic and psychodynamic.
A little bit about me, I have completed an Interprofessional Fellowship with the Veterans Health Administration, specializing in providing both individual and group therapy. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am also certified in Social Skills training. I specialize in working with individuals who live with situational anxieties, depression and stress; as well as chronic and persistent mental illnesses, ranging from psychosis to mood disorders. I have worked with individuals ages 12 – 75 from many different backgrounds and life experiences.
It can be difficult to ask for help; I am glad you are here. I want you to feel and be at your best. I hope to work with you. If you have any questions, feel free to message me.

From the moment I first spoke with Chloe I knew it was a great match. I felt comfortable immediately. She has such a calming energy and open personality. I appreciate her patience and the way she talks/listens. My first impression was that she seemed like such a genuine person, and I still feel that way. Wonderful experience so far. Thanks Chloe, you’re awesome!
