Christi was my first and perfect match! I have to unpack a lot of childhood trauma which has given me a lot of anxiety in my adulthood. She’s able to help me unpack & suggests ways to help understand things about myself that I never knew until I thought about it. She’s wonderful, I trust her wholeheartedly and I’m so thankful to have her on this journey to healing. I could go on and on about her!

When I first decided to make an appointment to begin therapy, I was afraid and unsure of what to expect. I am so thankful for Christi. She has made my therapy experience safe and enjoyable. She truly cares and allows me to work through emotions while providing the tools to keep positive and guide me through situations. She gives perspective to situations professionally without judgment, and I couldn't be more appreciative.

I find Christi very helpful. She is a great listener and asks powerful questions. She also checks in between sessions and will give me added support via text if I need it.
