About me

Hello!

I have worked within the mental health field beginning in 2011 with substance abuse treatment programming in both support and clinical roles. Throughout this time, I've worked with over 1,000 clients from ages ranging from 17-64 and who were from across the United States with their own unique cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Currently, I oversee a non-profit substance abuse program that serves over 250 clients per year, in addition to working with individual clients on other issues they want to address. Beginning in 2016, I started working with collegiate-aged individuals who have various learning disabilities, many of which who also are on the Autism Spectrum. In this field, I've had the opportunity to present at 2 nationally recognized conferences concerning advocacy and ADA considerations. In my private practice, I work mostly with those dealing with depression, anxiety, and grief in addition to assisting couples who are looking to strengthen and repair their relationships. I prefer to work from a variety of approaches so that I can meet my clients where they're at and work to serve their needs.
