About me

As a counselor my goal is to earn your trust and then help you clarify your thoughts and feelings that led for you into counseling. My focus will be on your hopes and dreams for your life. If your past is casting shadows on your present, then you and I can focus on ways you would like to put some of the past to rest in the past. I have a passion for the change process in individual and group psychotherapy. Recovery in emotional struggles and and abstinance from mood alterning chemicals I believe they are remarkable ways to realign our thought-life; and thereby, change our feelings. I am eager to meet you and begin walking your journey with you.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Christie Taylor. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I started therapy with the belief that I was pretty self-aware. However, even after just a few sessions Dr. Taylor has helped me identify things that I KNOW about me, but have never SEEN in myself. She gently guides me through processing my emotions and toward finding effective solutions to the issues I discuss with her. So grateful she is now a part of my life.
