About me

As a counselor my goal is to earn your trust and then help you clarify your thoughts and feelings that led for you into counseling. My focus will be on your hopes and dreams for your life. If your past is casting shadows on your present, then you and I can focus on ways you would like to put some of the past to rest in the past. I have a passion for the change process in individual and group psychotherapy. Recovery in emotional struggles and and abstinance from mood alterning chemicals I believe they are remarkable ways to realign our thought-life; and thereby, change our feelings. I am eager to meet you and begin walking your journey with you.

Dr. Taylor Helped Me Rediscover the Magic in Life

I’ve been working with Dr. Taylor for 15 months, and she has completely transformed how I see the world and myself. When I first sought therapy, I was searching for my truth and needed someone who could serve as a mirror to help me see clearly. From our very first session, I knew she was exactly what I needed.

Dr. Taylor is articulate, soulful, and deeply grounded. She brings a rare combination of wisdom, depth, and authenticity that’s hard to find. I’ve always been particular about therapists because I need someone who has truly lived—someone who understands the highs, the lows, and everything in between. Dr. Taylor isn’t just a therapist; she’s a guide who speaks to your soul and helps you unlock a greater sense of purpose and abundance.

One of the most profound things she said to me was, “Magic is real, and we can bank on it—spend it with confidence.” That line has stayed with me because it perfectly encapsulates how she works and what she inspires in her clients. Through our sessions, I’ve come to truly believe in the magic of life and the abundance that’s always available to us. She has a way of planting seeds of possibility, and somehow those seeds quietly grow into real, transformative changes. My life is so much more beautiful now because I’ve allowed that magic to happen.

Dr. Taylor creates a space where I always feel deeply heard and understood. Her insights are not only intelligent and practical but also spiritual and expansive. She blends big ideas with grounded action, helping me navigate life with a sense of wonder and clarity. If she lived in my neighborhood, I’d jump at the chance to sit in a group with her, just to listen and explore big ideas and spiritual concepts together.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Taylor to anyone who wants to rediscover the beauty, abundance, and magic in their life. She doesn’t just guide you; she helps you see the infinite possibilities within yourself and the world around you. Working with her is like reconnecting with the flow of life in the most extraordinary way. If you’re ready for transformation and to truly believe in life’s magic, Dr. Taylor is the therapist you need.

I great job

Written on Jan 10, 2025 after therapy with Christie for 2 weeks on issues concerning stress, anxiety

I started therapy with the belief that I was pretty self-aware. However, even after just a few sessions Dr. Taylor has helped me identify things that I KNOW about me, but have never SEEN in myself. She gently guides me through processing my emotions and toward finding effective solutions to the issues I discuss with her. So grateful she is now a part of my life.
