About me
Thank you for sharing information about yourself. I am Christina Ashby, a licensed therapist, I'm so happy that you reached out for help. I have been in the ministry of helping individuals, families and couples most of my adult life. I strive to meet people where they are, help them understand their strengths, and aid in the empowerment of taking charge of and developing their lives. I do all of this while incorporating the client’s spiritual beliefs into treatment in order to holistically address their needs. My availability is found by clicking on the schedule tab. Remember, people are complex and wonderful creations, it can be messy figuring things out. So, I will be with you through this journey!
P.S. Some notes on your part:
1. Make sure you are in Texas, and I know where you are. If you leave the state, we have to postpone sessions.
2. Make sure no one is in the room with you.

Christina has been really helpful as a counselor. She’s direct, asks good questions and provides helpful resources for follow up. I’ve noticed really tangible improvements both in my self awareness and the way I advocate for myself since starting therapy with Christina.
