My therapy style is welcoming, engaging and interactive. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, person centered, and a solution focused approach. I will focus our conversation and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
My ultimate goal is to help you, help yourself because you are the expert on what you need and how you feel. I empathize with each individual person as it takes a strong person to continuously work towards positive change. If you are ready then I am here to help.

I would expect all therapists to listen well but Christina is great at listening to what I’m saying , how I’m saying it, how often I might say the same thing, what I’m not saying and helps me put it into the context of what’s really going on during session and across sessions. She lends me her eyes, ears, and reason in ways I’d never do on my own and reveals what’s important to me that I have not been seeing.

Christina is kind, clear and very helpful. I felt heard and I felt like she wanted me to succeed. I appreciate that she was willing to ask the tough questions and really admire her ability to help me look at the big picture without diminishing my needs. She is wonderful.

Her skills are magnificent. You can really tell the dedication she has for her clients. If your looking for a nice therapist who will tell you what you want to hear, she is not that, but if your looking for someone who will help you become the best version of yourself, someone who will give you the truth that you need to hear, rather than want to hear. Look no further.
