About me

Hello,

My name is Christina Janiszeski and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of Colorado. I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Minnesota. I graduated from Regis University with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

My career has been focused on helping improve the overall wellbeing of those that struggle with their mental health and/or addictions. Some of my specialties include: depression, anxiety, time management, trauma/abuse, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and anger.

My approach is holistic because of each person’s unique story and their journey of healing. I incorporate person-centered, solution-focused, humanistic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches.

I know how difficult it can be to reach out and ask for help/guidance. I applaud you for taking these first steps and hope that we can work together soon!

It's easy for me to identify my feelings in the moment I read either a question or what she has said.

Christina was incredibly helpful during our sessions together. It is a honest testament to her work that I have decided to take a break from therapy for a time and work on the things she has helped me discover. I would absolutely recommend Christina to anyone needing some extra help. I look forward to reconnecting with her, if I ever need it. Thank you Christina!
