About me

Whether you are an adult or child, life can present with challenges and trials. You may feel overwhelmed or lost. Illness, divorce, death, new jobs, and change are times when we could use extra help. Adjusting to these challenges and figuring out how to cope can leave you stuck sometimes. You may be trying to find yourself again, or facing difficult decisions. Talking to a therapist can help you process your thoughts and feelings, moving you forward in this phase of your life.

I have been a licensed clinical social worker more than 20 years. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and solution-focused, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Techniques as well as relevant psychology theories. I believe we are each unique, even with shared experiences, and therapy should be tailored to the need of an individual.

I approach therapy as a partnership, where we work together toward a goal. That goal can be reducing distress related to anxiety, depression, and grief or addressing difficult life decisions or general coping. I am ready to ready to be a part of your journey and look forward to meeting you.
