Christina Tinker, LPC
About me
Hello! My name is Christina Tinker and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor. I work for BetterHelp on MONDAYS ONLY. I have experience and expertise helping clients just like you. I have worked with young and old, men and women, individually and in group settings. I have helped those with severe lifelong mental illness, crippling addictions, past trauma and abuse, as well as those just looking for a healthier, happier life.
Depression, anxiety, and addictions rob good people of happiness and keep them stuck in a prison of fear and low self-esteem. You may be reeling from a breakup, are grieving a loss, continue to suffer from past events, or need help with a difficult work or family relationship. Maybe you need help dealing with stress, creating a new support system, maintaining healthy boundaries, developing a satisfying career, or growing a healthy financial life. You might feel lost and alone and need help to find your way out. You may feel sad, lonely, confused, and isolated, and need support making decisions regarding the direction that you will take next in life.
That is right where I come in! We can work together as a team to build your new life. We will set goals together to markedly improve your mood and outlook for the future. I am excited to begin our work together. Contact me through our BetterHelp platform right away.
Sincerely,

Christina has been great. I appreciate how she creates a safe place and listens to what is truly going on in my life. I definitely feel like I am moving in the right directions and she helps me to think outside my own preconceived views of myself.
