"Compassion is not a relationship between a healer and the wounded. It's a relationship between equals. Only when we know our darkness well, can we be present with the darkness of others. Compassion becomes real when we recognize our shared humanity." -- Pema Chödrön

I had an incredible experience working with Christine Badour. From the very first session, they created a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space that allowed me to open up about my childhood trauma and explore my feelings.

Christine is amazing. She’s a great listener, personable, and really understands my issues. she checks in regularly and makes talking about my issues like a conversation with a friend. She has great feedback and gives thought provoking responses, as well as amazing methods to navigate your issues.

I’ve been working with Christine in and off for almost two years and there is never another therapist that I could imagine I would trust and open up to as much as I have with her. Her ability to listen, relate, and advise is amazing. She made me feel strong enough to finally do what I needed for myself in life.
