Christine Bond, LCSW
About me
I am licensed in New Hampshire with 5 years of professional work experience. I have worked with many folks from a variety of backgrounds; some with severe challenges. I have been in the mental health field for more than 20 years. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, struggles with motivation, self-esteem, & confidence. I also have experience helping people learn tools to manage life changes. I know that everyone's story deserves to be heard and listened to.
Deciding that it is time to live life rather than just existing is a scary step. I know that a cookie cutter approach will not work for everyone and heavily believe in working with each person in a manner that works for them.
Where a person is in life, how they have experienced things so far and what they want moving forward; can influence what those next steps look like. I believe in teaching people about emotions, their reactions and ways to cope. I look forward to exploring what your path looks like, where you want to go in life and ways to get there.
