II am a qualified, BACP registered, integrative humanist therapist, which means I draw on different approaches and techniques depending on your unique needs. I believe we are the experts on what is best for us, but we sometimes need some help along the way to figure things out. I offer a non-judgemental, empathetic, safe space where you can feel safe to be vulnerable and reflect and explore your inner thoughts, feelings and emotions to gain a greater understanding of why you feel the way you do. have 3 years’ experience of working within social care and the NHS, with people with mental health and emotional difficulties with people from a ll ages and diverse identities and backgrounds.
